Latest updates have me crash/close gmod

Yeah I dont know lua or script error is causing this I cant check the console because all of a sudden the game studders freezes and crashes on itself If possible would like a dev to check my console log or history to see what is causing this because as much as I enjoy the memes I cant play on the server in its current state, this is after I enabled multi render and set distance to low enabled it in console.

One time i crashed walking around, other time I crashed when I began to start making lsd thats why I asked for devs to look at my log history if possible :I

What do you do to cause your crashes? Anything comes to mind?

You can look up the specs its a dell xps 14 z running gmod isnt the issue, the crashes started rolling out around 3.0 update even before the hotfix, idk if its opening up the item menu or cars or what but something just causes the game to freezeup and close gmod without me doing anything, ive deleted and unsubbed from all addons reinstalled the addons for the server alone and still have the same issue.
