So he killed an officer while on duty and removed his own warrant from it?, because from the looks of it, it seems like he was on the job for awhile.

Almost correct. The person basically had the warrant issued and was going as such for a set of time. Eventually we lost the suspect during the whole chase while they were fleeing, and this video only shows closer to them switching than when the whole chase started taking place. Yet while doing this chase, the user decided to go through a loophole in the system to then join the Police Force as LT+ to remove their own warrant.

Yet, they joined the PD as a Captain, which negates not only the warrant, but also the capability of anyone there to demote him, as he filled the Cpt position without any of us having Chief. Also the while, you had no staff on at the moment to assist either.

Besides that the user actually did decide to play cop in terms, but it still doesn't disregard the fact that they openly committed a break on the Warrant system in their own terms.

After further review, I don't see Swat816 job abusing to remove his warrant issued by Not Vladimir Putin, according to logs Swat816 has been in the captain job for quite a while even while he received a warrant during his job as an captain (not sure why he received it while on the job. But he also never removed it.
