What happened: I logged on, then I was disconnected by the server with the message "Connection timed out". I then logged back on, only to find my player level reset
What do you need refunded: My levels, I was level 14, before I was disconnected I was able to join the firefighter job
Evidence: I made a report in game today, however I was told by Larry Gibbons to make a thread. I don't have an actual screenshot of my level, but, I do have screenshots of my mining level, farming level, and car
