Level Refund request

Date and time of loss: 7/28/2017
What happened:
My player level was reset to level 0 from original level 15ish
How much do you need refunded: change my level back to level 15ish as im currently at level 6 from farming
Evidence:

Unfortunately i have no evidence because i had no idea that i could lose levels and dont know how to screenshot level, however an admin told me that the founders of the servers can check and i hope they do because i dont really want to restart from level 6


Notice: My skill levels are pefectly fine although my player level is still low

No, founders cannot check which level you used to be. No evidence then we cannot refund you. Also the difference between 15 and 6 is not big enough for a refund. Please keep in mind to have proof of both before and after the reset. Denied, unfortunately you do not meet the criteria we have been provided to accept refund requests.
