Request Reason: Mugging me in public and combat DC'ing. The first guy that I mentioned (Ling Ling) is the guy that combat DLogged after mugging me and me shooting him. Me and my friend eventually found him raiding a base and so we told them to get out of the car with their hands up. Ling Ling just couldn't accept his fate and DC'd. Second reason is because the 3 guys that I'm reporting right now including Ling Ling, mugged me infront of gas station which is a public area and so they broke a rule there.

When did the situation occur: 9/6/2020. Around 9 or 10PM
