Reason for Report: admin unbanned someone after having valid proof he broke a rule and worst part is he ruined experience for 8 other players by exploiting the boost and then continued to rub it in our face and even posted on our forums page rubbing it in more we even asked her if it was allowed and she said no only with vehicle and then she bans him and unbans him next day i could understand a shorten but a complete unban isnt right.admins on his ban appeal even told him it was a rule and that he broke it and she unbanned him anyways and he when he comes back he purposely kidnapping me(no proof but it really seemed like he wanted me and none of the other dudes their)

So @Gurrazor have contacted me and based on the miscommunication you will be unbanned. However we will have to discuss this in the staff meeting. Unbanned, Locked & Moved!

This pretty clearly states that it was not her decision, it was Gurrazor's.

The CMs and I had a little discussion about this. The ban was unjust because the rule was not put in place, therefor he was unbanned. If you have proof of the person in question breaking different rules, please do make a player report against them on the forums.
