I can share some light into this refund,

I arrived on the scene to a report that he had bought 3 luxury bags and that they were not in his inventory, I then proceeded to check logs in which confirmed he had purchased 3 along with 3 drills, I then looked into his bank and inventory and was unable to locate those bags but I found the drills, I then looked back into logs to find were maybe they could have gone however there were no logs showing any sort of transaction of the bags.
