Lost Cooking Bench & Found source of server crashes

So, today the servers have been crashing over and over again. I was doing a little looking and I found this profile: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198344254178
This person showed up on the server whenever it would crash, and they named themself "dddddddddddd ddddddddddddd"
Every event where the server has crashed the past 5-6 times this morning they have been on. Either server as well. I will try to get a screenshot, but because of the crashes I can't even join the server.
