Lost Level for Secong Time

so this is the second time I lost my level and didn't get it refunded but I look at my level when I join and I was level 4 when originally I was level 19 but I only got screen shots of me being level 18.also a admin checked my mine and exc... and said I couldnt be level 4 with my mine level exc... also he told me to post this Https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd....668/9FEF5969059C600F0C9BA002B78E7D406EBF3ABA/ and my screen shot of me being level 18 is here http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=975277670 hopefully that's enough to get my level back.
