Lost levels in Law Enforcement

What happened:
My law enforcement keeps reverting back to 7 like it's not saving my level when I disconnect.
I was close to getting level 9, but this is the only evidence I have of my level.
How much do you need refunded:
Preferably to level 9, but due to evidence, Level 8 would be fine.
