What happened: The server crashed and for some reason i lost about 10 lvl from my crafting

What do you need refunded: 10 levels of crafting
Evidence: unfortunately did have any screenshots of my level before the server crash but i do have one of the lvl i have after this incident.

I don't know how a server crash causes you to lose 10 levels. That's a database problem. The only recent database issue was the rollback. No one else reported lost levels or items from a recent crash so I'm confused.

I was confused too but for some reason i lost lvls, but since i cant prove it i dont think you can do much
