What happened: I bought a tri-cycle cause ya know xD why not? Well I bought underglow cause a friend said I could refund it like u do with engines. Then when I bought it and switched back to stock it didn't give me my money. So I was kinda upset someone tricked me into spending all my money.

What do you need refunded: 30k

Reason: Your refund request does not fall within the guidelines set in the refund request guidelines. Only engine upgrades return money on an exact scale since they have an actual effect on the vehicles handling, and can potentially mess up a vehicle. The underglow is a totally cosmetic item and due to that will not return the full amount of money. With that being said the issue at hand is a user / client side issue, and not a server one. Due to that a refund cannot be issued.
