lost my cosmetics after logging off

Date and time of loss: yesterday around 7 pm i went offline and today at 4pm they were gone
What happened: I lost my cosmetics when i logged off. I bought glasses, the dead mouse mask and the white hat. I logged back on today and they werent there. Also at the cosmetics npc it said i had to rebuy the cosmetics that i lost.

What do you need refunded: glasses, white hat and dead mouse mask.

I lost a DeadMau5 mask (65000) a White trilby (2300) and aviator sunglasses (7500)
When i get refunded should i rebuy them or is there like a bug with the cosmetics

There are currently issues with cosmetics, so I would not purchase more right now.
