What happened: I wanted to make my car a matte grey so I paid 4500$ for the matte skin, however, this took my grey off which cost 1500$ so I reapplied the grey which ended up taking the matte skin off. I then tried to do it again spending another 4500$ on a matte skin and it took off the colour another 1500$ gone and so I reapplied it and it took off the matte skin, this was when I made a report and Mike told me that he knew what happened and said make a refund request,
What do you need refunding: 12,000$ in total lost from the paint and skins
Evidence: I only have evidence of the conversation I and Mike had.
