What happened: I assasinated the mayor, got knocked to critical condition, then into stabilized, then someone minge grabbed my Vector when it wasnt the SS or mayor.

Logs don't show that, and you have no evidence of it, so I cannot do anything for it

You may not loot a corpse during a gunfight if you are not directly involved in that situation.

If the gunfight was over, anyone was allowed to take your weapon. They do not have to wait 60 seconds as that rule was removed.
