What happened: Player had ran me over at full speed while I was on the sidewalk setting up market.

What do you need refunded: 3 Kevhelms and 3 makarovs EDIT: Two Non-helmet Kevlars

@A Sack O' Salt Witnessed the player admitting what he did, and how he did it on purpose. Other than that, I have no hard proof of it.

Hey there Picky! I can confirm the 3 Makarovs and only 2 of Kevlar (without helmets).
While trying to set up shop, the person that ran him over purposefully did so in effort to steal the items.
