What happened: Ziptied someone while they had there hands up. Called an admin because couldnt take the zipties off he removed them but i didnt get the zipties back.

zipties are broken, so you wouldn't have gotten them back anyways. wouldnt be fair to anyone who's lost zipties to the current glitch, so.
