Request Reason: LTAA/LTARP - Before I could process Rick Tells into prison for violating of not having a valid standard driving license twice in a row, he left the server before I could put him into prison. I did wait for him to return back on the server, but he made no attempts to turn himself in nor to get into contact with me, so I assumed that he intentionally LTAA. The sentence would had been minimal, giving that he was driving/operating a vehicle without a valid driving license twice in a row.
I did wait a further 30 minutes to check to see if he would send a message me to me resolve this issue, but clearly he didn't care too much about breaking LTAA. I was also going to charge him with going through a red light without stopping, as he is seen driving through a red light with the garbage truck. But as soon as I saw that he had left the server, I tried to quickly charge him only with not having a valid driving license x2.
