How is it hard to prove? After we uncuffed him, all he did was pull his Ethernet cable. The chances of if he somehow just times out the moment we take cuffs off him to drop his gun…

Even if it may seem obvious I am not allowed to assume that it was intentional as the chance always exists that it wasn't. Besides if he really did pull his Ethernet cable out he could have done it at any time rather then wait for you to uncuff him.

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion:

-The reported player timed out during the situation. Therfor I am not authorized to just assume he intentionally pulled his ethernet out to avoid arrest/RP (this was discussed with lower management).
-The reported player did however break FearRP as he had more then enough time and knowledge of the commands being given to him under FearRP and should have almost instantly complied after being uncuffed (which he didn't).

The reported player will be issued 1 WP for FearRP
