I was doing a duty as an Officer, then this man was in the Mayor's Office shooting at people. I told a Security Guard to go there and deal with it since I do not have a weapon at the time then he was killed by Caden (Guy I'm Reporting). I waited for him to come down the elevator and he had no weapon out so I tazed him and brought him to the PD, he said I "Combat Tazed" him which I did not see a weapon so I don't believe that was it but I'm not 100% on the rule itself as I briefly read it. Then after he stopped complaining he began to lag as I dragged him to PD and was completely unresponsive. Then when I confinscated his AK he used, and was about to arrest him he DC'd and instantly reconnected after. I waited outside the spawn which probably wasn't something I should have done which I am sorry for and arrested him again then he proceeded to do the same thing and Lagged for minutes then DC'd. After I waited and couldn't find him again as he Reconnected so I drove to L2 and saw him switch his outfit to avoid me being able to find out it was him. I saw his SteamID and Gang he was in so that led me to find his profile and open it and find out he switched outfits. Then after I confronted him he went into bank then RDM'd me in Anger.
