There are not enough evidence in the screenshot to proceed with a proper punishment as:
1) It does not show that you asked him to remove the crops off the street;
2) It does not show that he disconnected;
3) It does not show you handcuffed him due to non compliance.

Do you have anymore screenshots/evidence to support your claim?

Old post, and never saw him again. Thank you for replying, but I deleted the video on my hard drive because it was 20gb and nobody replied to me.
