What happened: I was killing people and got gunned downed by swat and put in jail where I was broken out I than returned to the evidence locker and the M249 wasnt there. @Bodean Abernathy should have logs of it.

I did confiscate the weapon but cannot get logs of the situation

Since the feature to pick up dropped weaponry is broken, it is assumed that all items taken by police from the ground have been destroyed. Sadly for this reason we are unable to refund said items.
