Makarov Dissapeared When I logged in?

Yesterday i bought a makarov from the market, for somewhere near 3k. Today when i logged in it was not in my inventory or my bank. I don't have any screenshots of me having the makarov but i have several witnesses that i did indeed have it. Hopefully someone can fix this ASAP because i'm considering buying premium, but not if my stuff is just gonna dissapear.

What happened: Logged into Monolith and did some farming, bought a Makarov from the auction house. Cost me 3k to buy. I played some more and logged of for the day after playing for a few hours. Next day I logged on, and the Makarov was in my inventory. After like 5 minutes of playing it was no longer there. I checked the bank and tried reclogging but the gun has just disappeared. I would like my money refunded to me. I'm considering purchasing Premium, but not if my stuff is just going to disappear and not be refunded..
