I watched the van explode they all died I went to go blow up the other cars and I crashed. Even with that when you died you had LR-300s and other weapons so I don't see the issue with someone shooting you I only saw a LR-300 and a M1911 drop before I crashed.

I was positioned outside watching for cops, incase they would flank. I am not sure why I am tagged, I was involved in the raid, but I never walked inside, I am not visible in the video either proving I was never inside, since my character wears a strawhat and none of the men in the video are wearing strawhats.

I have no clue what happened inside, all I heard on the radio was "They're inside the SWAT van" I believe @Tyler said that, next thing I heard was "Sooo many guns" which I believe was said by @papa1456. I have no clue what happened, or why you were shot, I then proceeded to shoot 2 officers showing up to the scene, as shown in the picture included.

I have also chosen to provide another bit of evidence, showing that I never even damaged any Wongs prior, during or after the raid.

We was just told you was apart of it, so that may be a mistake

I am not visible in the video, nor did I shoot the van (I don't have cosmetics on me, and I was carrying an M3)

As Shawntae said, I did say they were in the SWAT van, as I heard the door of it opening and saw one hopping out, and as I said it everyone started shooting it. I don't recall who shot first, I don't even remember shooting myself although in the video it looks a bit like I might have been, but I also checked logs and don't see me damaging any Wongs.

After watching the video multiple times it really does look like I was first to shoot, but we did know they were the Wongs based on the yellow cars outside and the Asian man in their uniform running inside from across the street, and we knew they would be well armed so we went in with the intent to kill as they are a well known crew that is known to kill.

Due to the fact that shots have been exchanged (thanks to Tylers logs) they are allowed to eliminate possible threat during a raid. If these shots were not exchanged this would've been RDM as you wouldn't have been a threat yet.

Killing during raids should be carried out sensibly. If there is a legitimate threat on the property of which you are raiding, then it is logical to enter with the intent to kill. Otherwise as with all the other rules, shooting to kill must be carried out sensibly.
