Request reason:So someone was donating food for the greater good, so when this investigator saw me picking up some of it he decided to give me a 5 M jail time, But the person who was donating told the investigator i had permission to take the food. the investigator still claimed i had no permission because it was *meant * for the police station.

He basically already admitted to it, Also you can ask him yourself. If he decides to say no I will show a screenshot and after that you guys be the judges. His choice waste everyones time? or just admit to it.

I am the guy who donated the food, I told it was a donation for the PD but after seeing others picking it up I had no problem because I would've dropped more. The detective decided to handcuff the guy picking the food up and give him a jail sentence. I said to the detective that it's donation and that he can't arrest someone for "stealing" something that is mine and I give for free. The detective proceeded to arrest the individual picking it up. I don't think a ban is necessery for what happened but I can confirm the story. The name is Boris Kuznetsov. @Ali

You should not have been arrested for taking food. Simply returning it and possibly a ticket or fine would do.
