Max Deluca Lied and got me banned by Hazza

So I was at Supermarket waiting for a friend when this guy pulls up and starts punching my car, so then I pull out, shoot him, finish him off and then I get brought to a sit hours later, they brought Max Deluca as a witness and didn't let me bring any other people that were in the car with me, I'm telling Hazza that he was punching my car, of course, they didn't believe me, they only would believe Max, a higher up. So now I'm salty and I'm banned for 8 hours, I atleast want Max or Hazza demoted, or even both, please resolve this. Thank you.

Max De Luca is a trial moderator, his rank is under Hazza. Since you put this in the ban appeals sections (without using the format) but it's a staff complaint (still incorrect format), this will be denied.
