The Budget has stayed at 0 Dollar for a long time
It is evident that the mayor has a lot of money to spare to give to the Police Department
Yet he gave the Department 1 dollar.
In this image, you can see him make the Emergency State Reason to be "pd smells"
He has also incited the players in Monoford to actively shoot at Detectives
Here, earlier, we can also see him making the Emergency state to "Police being stupid"
The Mayor had also incited Citizens to riot at the PD, which is inciting violent civil unrest.
As well as additional use of derogatory statements.
All the while without a Senior Administrator online at the server at the time.
