Date and time of loss: 7/29/17 around 6:00 PM (EST)
What happened: I bought the megaphone thinking it would actually project my voice twice as loud, but my friends didn't notice the difference. Some of the staff members on at the time said that it might be bugged, so now I'm here asking for a refund.

How much do you need refunded: I bought it for 12k yesterday, but now it's only 11k in the shop.

The megaphone is not bugged. It works for me and we do not refund things that you bought and regret. It works as intended.
