Reason for Report: i was banned for leaving to avoid punishment and mingegrabbing when i did neither.
Time of Occurrence: 5:20pm
Evidence to support your claim: i was a police officer and a man shot at me i killed him and confiscated his weapons the rules say "Police are allowed to confiscate illegal belongings of these corpses, regardless of their involvement." (even if i wasnt a cop i was involved so how is this a mingegrab) this can be checked in the logs because he hit me with his gun several times

also he said that i left to avoid punishment but i did nothing wrong so why would i have punishment and i lost internet connection anyways and i have screenshots to prove it

also @Lola Meid saw me get shot by the hotdog stand after i tried to buy hotdogs and told me to run away while i was a cop so she can be a witnesses that i was indeed a cop if the logs dont show this

Confiscating weapons as a police officer is one thing - keeping them and putting them in your private locker/bank is another. Confiscating weapons means you have to destroy the weapons; and since you didn't it's considered mingegrabbing.

You confiscated a large amount of guns and within 5 minutes put a large amount of guns of the same kind in the bank. Between that and the denying of something I saw with my own two eyes I believe a 1 day ban is acceptable and just.

From what I've gathered is that you took items as a cop and did not confiscate/destroy it. As cop you always have to confiscate illegal items (through either an option when they're arrested or deposit the items in the locker) or destroy things that do not go in the locker such as marijuana seeds etc. So after your ban you are forced to get rid of those items. @MelodyRain will have to either pass it through a staff member about which items it is or make sure herself that you give them up. If you fail to do so, your ban will be extended.

Now for the ''leaving to avoid'' part: the logs do show that you crashed, so @MelodyRain should have give the logs a better look. You should not have been banned for ''leaving to'' but your ban will stay as it is for the reason ''Mingegrabbing''.

With that I conclude the report with Melody having to be more aware of the logs; You @agsp will have to make sure to give the items back to a staff member.
