Hello, I was the one Simon was shooting at. I called over radio that I was shooting these 2 dudes with pistols. They ask if I needed any help and before I was able to respond on the radio I was killed by Simon. Not only did they ask for help, they even called out before I said I was the one shooting that there were shots at the mechanic AND the red gallardo and a FNF were circling it making sure I wasnt killed. There was no use of any metagame involved at all in this situation. @Bubba Dice @Shabzino @Bobby Hive can all attest.

I asked over radio what the gun shots were in mechanic. Mikey says its him and he needs help and at that moment i leave casino and im sitting at the garage door next to casino parking lot. I watch him get gunned down by simon so I go through the other garage door and gun down the cop and simon. I dont have simon introduced and didnt even get near him enough to see what org he was in or what his name was. All i did was kill the guy i saw that gunned down mikey.
