I was looking for some clearification on why punishments were given and a warning was not. I belive had we had been warned the team would have just used our ORG radios, as we did when the team was raiding the PD. I dont think the outcome would have been much different had we asked for assistance over a radio.

Your video very clearly shows all of you using Discord instead of in-game communication.

Are you arguing the validity of the ban, or the punishment itself?

I am argueing the punishment itself. I thought we could be on discord as long as we didnt break RP with it. I don't believe I have used discord to break rp ever. I have never to my knowledge been reported for giving away my location after/during being mugged/kidnapped/killed or raided (in fact I cant stand when that happens and have even reported it). I also was not the player requesting or offering backup in the video clip nor did I make a response to the out of character message. I feel like a warning or shorter ban would have been more appropriate punishment for my first offense.
