When did the situation occur?: I was mayor, as shown in the video, and this SS was calling me annoying, blah blah, and i said one more time and your demoted. He did it, and i demoted him. After this, he would NOT get off my radio, saying things as "hehe you cant get me off the radio". So he was holding down B even after being demoted, therefore, he was on my freq the whole time so i could hear him. I turned off my radio, quit mayor, and i could STILL hear him. *thats wherre the exploiting part began.* After this all happened, Tuko said he DCed so i could make this on the forums. I still can't hear.
