from what i can see in the video your friend started shooting first that means that the police has full right to call off negotiations unless you have to say otherwise?

First off we did not know that a man dressed fully in black who kept running around the gate was an undercover officer. He did not say anything and appeared to be messing around to us so we wanted him to buzz off without exposing ourselves to anyone looking through the windows(My friend took initiative in that clearly before we even had to discuss it in depth). Need an officer in uniform to negotiate or at least someone present that is not acting erratically and has permission or the authority to do so otherwise they just seem like someone FailRPing as a civilian.
second of all they did kill the hostage intentionally (undercover officer did? with the pistol) as you can see at 8:47 of the video.
so yeah it got bad.
Ask Valentino for more info from the logs he looked at if you require more knowledge about the situation.
