Ban Reason: Bank Raid Timer. Me and my mates were raiding bank then server crashed when we had 3 hostages and were negotiation. The server came back up and i had to go eat so i went and ate them came back 20 - 30 odd mins later to rob the bank again.
Dont see how in any way the server crashing should keep a timer makes no sense.

I was the person who reported you @Miguel Salazar .

The rule you broke was 5.1.3 as follows

A bank robbery does not count as a raid. However, you may only attempt to rob the bank once every 60 minutes. This limit continues during a server crash.

We got into the sit and you were told you have been reported for breaking the bank timer.
You said the server crashed so its not your fault, While it may not be your fault that the server crashed it is your fault that you decided to break the rules after.

When we showed you the rule you replied with "That is bullshit", "I don't care about that rule" and "I'll do it again". This sort of attitude shows a staff member that you are not willing to follow the rules. Regardless of whether it makes sense, The rule is in place for a reason and needs to be followed.

We don't care if you think that it's a stupid rule. It has been there for ages, basically since the EvoCity days when we had continuous crashes. So, your arguement is invalid as we deem the rule as necessary.
