Yes, you did break FearRP and you were banned for 4 days. The reason you were banned for 4 days is due to how blatant it was and how many prior offenses you had leading up to this incident. Yes, I understand that you are upset that you were banned for this duration, but this is what it will hopefully take to learn your lesson. This was your 4th offense of breaking this rule, and you do it blatantly as if you can just break the rule without consequences.

The video is 100% blatant as if you did not care at all about the consequences. You ran into the open and talked over the radio so your buddies can come and kill the cop. Things maybe would have ended up differently if you did not break FearRP. You did affect the reporting player. Even regardless of that, you broke FearRP very blatantly, you had prior offenses and were punished accordingly. I will re-open this for further discussion or if anything has to be said.

Ok I personally don't believe this was breaking fearrp because once a cop was chasing Mike he was calling out the radio which @Maj.Kat said he has a video but it will show Mike running with his back facing the officer and when a lot of people are at townhall speaking and or yelling it's hard to hear commands over other people and it also doesn't help when their is an active shootout going on in the parking lot, but Mike then surrendered when he noticed the cop was chasing him called out that he was getting arrested and his life was harmed or he would've feared for his life.
  • FearRP - The act of roleplaying fear as your character. This means that your character’s life is in danger and have to respond properly towards it.
Ive been on the server for a very long time and never have I seen someone get banned for calling out before they got arrested that they were getting arrested I personally think it is ridiculous that he would've gotten banned for this either the rule needs to be edited or the cop is at fault because the rule doesn't say no communication is allowed the person that is holding under fearrp had to communicate to the person going under fearRP don't speak over the radio but the officer never stated that before he died I know when players go under fearRP the party holding them under fearRP has the right to shoot them. But I've been here a while and just never seen a ban as ridiculous as this tbh hope this changes something.

The ban was accurate and minimum when taking his record and the situation into perspective. The cop was not abusing his gun or his power or anything of the sort. This is a complete real-life situation, the only thing unrealistic, is the moments concerning the rule-breach.

[2.4] FearRP
  1. You must correctly follow FearRP when a situation calls for it, such as when you are being held at gunpoint. Roleplay should reflect on how you would approach a similar situation in real-life.
^^^ In the situation shown in the video, Mike completely acknowledged the cop and his gun that was directly pointed towards him. He did not care and broke FearRP anyway. The first instance of breaking this rule is when he ran off and disobeyed orders for seven straight seconds. Then he proceeded to call on his radio that he was being held up. This is breaking the rule of FearRP, not only did he run off at gunpoint, but he called over his radio too. The radio was apart of breaking FearRP because the rule states you must act realistically. The situation was not at all realistically played out because in real-life or at least realistically you would not run from police at gunpoint in a dire situation like this. And then in RP, you reach for your radio to call your boys. In real life, you would have immediately been shot.

If you are trying to back up this instance of a rule-breach, by making excuses, like, "it did not affect anyone," or, "I eventually put my hands up," you are completely in the wrong, and it goes to show that you acted in complete carelessness in a roleplay situation. No apology was even shown, just reasons why you breaking the rules didn't affect anyone, or "what if" occurrences, which is completely false. Breaking the rules, "just because you can," is not tolerated and will result in a punishment carried out accordingly.

Your ban will not be lifted or reduced, you were punished due to your overt decisions in this situation.

Denied.
