Relevant Evidence: N/A other than the fact that I was banned for killing someone who I was mugging for not giving any money, though I have seen many people kill for this I feel this is a very grey area and don't want to have a ban on my wrap sheet over something like this.

I understand that but what reason do I have to believe he has ZERO dollars? I was just saying that I've never been banned or anythig like that so to be banned and have my record tarnished over something that could have been a warning just doesn't sit well.
