Your refund request has been Accepted. I will issue a refund for all the items that can be seen within the evidence provided. When you are next online you may claim your refund from the refund teller NPC within the bank. If you have any issues regarding your refund please contact me or a member of community management for support regarding any issues you may have.
Note: The reason your gun disappeared is due to the fact that your inventory was full when you attempted to put the gun into it. I will go ahead and refund you for the weapon due to the fact we have no prompt, or system preventing players from doing this however please use more caution in the future to make sure this doesn't occur again for you.
*Also make sure you put a section showing which item you needed refunded, in this case I can tell from the video but its important to have in other cases.
