Missing Icons (Very Annoying)

A description of your technical issue: Some of the food icons are errors and its getting on my nerves quite a bit. I've done quite a few things to try and fix it, that have not worked.
Has it happened before?: Every time I join the server.
Extraneous details/description: Explained above..?
Have you checked “solved” for your issue?: Yes

Things I have tried to fix this:
Reinstall everything in !content collection pack
Go in singleplayer and render all the spawnicons, etc.
Reinstall the food addon itself (tried a few times)

And yet it still does not want to fix.

Found this as well in directory: E:\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\data\nsicon\monolithrp

Did you delete all of your addons then launch gmod again?

I deleted my whole "data" folder and restarted my game and joined the server.
