Reason for Report: He voided a situation I was in then I made a report asking for my refund since he's voiding it, he then instantly closed my ticket and when I made a comment in OOC muted me instantly because he was upset, I then pmed him sayin he must get bullied cuz the way the way he acts as an admin, like a power hungry child. he then instantly 2 day banned me because my comment hurt his feelings lol like if you don't want people messaging you shit maybe don't insta close their reports, void their sits and then not refund even though by your choice you should've had to.

Not voided. Invalidated the situation. As you were violating rule 4.1.1.5 and as per rule 4.1.2.7 you shall not be refunded your items.

I replied and closed it (Both happend at the same time so the order was closed > reply in a split second)

You continued to be disrespectful towards me but instead of OOC this time you did it through PM therefor trying to work around the inhibitions I applied onto you to make you stop. This is why I applied a ban as it seemed as you were not going to discontinue your disrespectful behavior towards me.

Addressing the content of this report, I'd like to point out that from what I was able to gather, you took a hostage (the Assistant Chief) in exchange for money ($3,500). I also would like to point out that this was in front of the layer two Police station.

The rules that apply to this situation are as follows:

1. [4.1.1.5] You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Sheriff's Department, Hospital, Fire Department, City Hall, and the Bank.
2. [4.1.2.7] Any item lost during a hostage situation that takes place solely for monetary or materialistic gain may not be refunded, nor the raid timer voided. This rule takes effect if you are the instigating party, and the item was lost due to a single or light rule-break. This is up to staff discretion.

As such, misterlol29 voided the situation and dealt with all parties involved accordingly.

Afterwards, it would appear that you thought it would be wise to insult misterlol29 in OOC as well as in PMs.

I want to thank you for bringing this to our attention and I would like to commend Misterlol29 on doing an excellent job handling this situation, even after being harassed. His restraint and leniency in your ban is truly a sign of maturity and as such deserves even higher praise. Your attitude and behavior as shown in this report and in-game completely invalidates this report. If you continue with this pattern of insults and harassment towards staff members when you don't get your way, I have no intention of allowing you to continue playing on the server. Let this be a warning to you, change your attitude and the way you treat our volunteer staff members, or you will be removed from the community indefinitely.
