When did the situation occur?: 1/22 I had just gotten off of cop and was running to the hospital to get meds and i get shot behind my back without ever interacting with the player during that life.
1/24 I was trying to get money from my ATM and the player was following me then exits her vehicle and starts shooting me without any word.
1/24 I had just spawned in the server and was already being targeted by the player which is shown in OOC during the clip then he comes to spawn and kills me without any word again.
