What happened: The server bugged out after restart this day when people where falling out of the map/stuck in apartment I noticed and honestly forgot to make the refund request. I have relogged since then and have confirmed they're still missing

Yes, I know that, but if you look the others say 50,000 bonus XP, this one that I bought have no bonus xp and has 0 meaning I didn't use it, please only let the staff respond
