Well to start with Serena Wallace had a hit out on me (Frank Juliano) for multiple lives(breaking NLR). Serena Wallace made multiple ads, for over 2hrs, trying to kill me for "100k with video". Serenna Wallace also wanted to keep on killing me, breaking NLR repeatedly bc on chat he said " you don't know who your fucking with I'm a millionaire" . LtWolf decided to attempt to kill me multiple times bc of the offer that was being made. We killed him twice but kept on coming back. In the video he presented, they are even talking about guns bc of a ongoing war they started with us fueled by the ad rewards "Killing/Info on Frank Juliano." Also in the video, he completely stops his vehicle in the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD and gets out by the pd bridge, (giving no visual or time to react) running him over was not out fault. My homie @JderHans is my witness, he stayed alive through the constant attacks through ads.

I was logging off for the night it was 3 am... Besides that I went up to you in the park and you ran away from me.. Then you ran away from me in the bank... Which at this point I havent said one word to you.... You were reacting so scared without me saying one word that I did not deem you a threat... Then I said that I did not appreciate you sending people to kill me... I left after that.. why would I think someone's trying to come after me when he was so scared of me just pulling up to talk and also it was 3am, I was getting off already

Yet we're not gonna talk about how any time you saw me driving you would initiate without KOS reasoning and shoot me dead instantly which you did here and in another video i have. If you really want to boil it down to technicalities we can say we had people remind us each time we died but you have no justification or jurisdiction to hop out of cars and blast people for a minor collision or driving behind you or run them over and then shoot them dead and talk trash as they bleed out. I hope those 3 scenarios ring a bell.

Anytime you would see us drive by(after you died) you would make a u turn and start following us bc your friend was offering $100k to kill me.. And yes i would talk shit after you died bc I was getting ads threatening my life repeatedly and it is also safe to saw that you were breaking rules bc of those same ads offering 100k to kill me.

What rule? NLR does not apply to people who are reminded of what happened. Tell me what rule in the rule book I broke because I didn't just respawn and remember I was reminded? And even if I did how does that justify you vdming then rdming then talking trash after ?

After reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion:

Player @LtWolf Hopped out of the car in the middle of the road, second(s) before getting run over by player @big bran . From what I could see in the videos it wasn't intentional VDM.

Afterwards Player @RobertoP Started firing at player @big bran which justifies the "intentional" VDM onto @RobertoP and also the shootout at occurred afterwards with both @LtWolf and @RobertoP .

No infractions were found based on the evidence provided
