Today marks our 4th anniversary since our first launch, back in 2017.Four years ago, we started this journey, together, from when Monolith was only an ambitious and risky project, until now. As a community, we have faced many many challenges along the way, during the past years, and managed to learn a few things with each and single one of them. These made us realize that we were setting the difference, for the better, by creating an uniquely interactive and extensive city RP experience and community in Garry’s Mod. In addition to that, they’ve allowed us to set new milestones and achieve new goals as well.
Lots of people have been part of this community, since it was founded. Some of them are still here, some of them have left us and hopefully will return someday. The memories we’ve made along the way will never be forgotten. Share a few memories by replying to this thread!
As usual, we would like to share a few statistics with you... Since we launched, we have:
- 13,205 total members on the forums
- Around 400 total unique staff members on our community
- 304,126 total unique citizens on Monoford

- 352,847 total reports claimed by our staff team!

Development
For those of you who haven’t realized it yet, we continue to work on new features/fixes for Monolith and its future updates. One of those new features is something you’ve all been waiting for. Take a look…

Conclusion
Our wonderful journey would not have been possible without all the people that have contributed to this project, since the beginning. We thank you all for your contributions to the community and hope you are doing well during these difficult times… Last year's anniversary newsletter was also posted during the pandemic. Let's hope it doesn't happen to the next ones.
In particular, we would like to thank all the people still involved in the project, including developers, staff team and the players of course. Without them, this would not have been possible, to begin with.
We will continue to improve every day, in order to always make sure you have the best experience in game and while being part of our community. Pay attention to our discord server and community announcements, as we will have news for you soon.
