Shiblamo: A long-standing individual who has shown to be driven, motivated and persistent to show change when needed. Has proven to the rest that you can turn it around, regardless of the difficulty. Will (co)lead the media-team and perform his administrative duties with enough passion and care.
Melody: Although not as long in the staff team as the others, still has shown that with enough motivation and drive, nothing is impossible. It is about time that another fierce woman shows how to be a leader. Will (co)lead the event-team and perform her administrative duties with enough drive and compassion.
Gm1003: Also quite the veteran, who probably has been a moderator the longest. Along with Shiblamo, he has shown that things can turn around. With enough time and patience, you can be that driven leader that you aim to be. Has and will be (co)leading the marketing-team and performing his administrative duties with the same patience and drive he has shown throughout the years.

@Maj.Kat has been promoted to
Server Director!
Maj.Kat, boy what a surprise and a good role model for those who think you can never turn things around. His first introduction to the staff team did not last long as he left very shortly after being promoted to administrator. We may have thought that was the last time we would hear from Maj, but we were surprisingly wrong! Maj returned as a completely new person; He joined with a certain mindset and great motivation. He went ham on those reports as soon as he got his rank and worked his way up the ladder. As SA he has shown the initiative, the leadership and the professionality of a regular SD. He would give constructive feedback towards his other staff members, lead people on several occasions and has supported the staff team and the community management from day 1. He deserves to show the community his abilities as a proper Server Director instead of a yellow rank. Well deserved, buddy.
Now
@PMX has been an SD for quite a while and even if he got promoted to CM he partially worked along with
@deku as an SD. As Maj will be taking the role of SD, so will PMX depart on his duties as SD. We are immensely proud of PMX and his hard work throughout the years, whether it was as a tiny admin who took all too many LOAS :eyes:, or as a well-matured Manager. He has put a lot of dedication, time, effort and compassion in every task he performed. Now he will not be as best as me of course <3, I still can say that he was a very excellent SD with a drive that huge. He was able to work perfectly with
@deku, since both were on the same level of motivation throughout the whole time, that the CMs unanimously thought of these two as the perfect duo. Not only has PMX been here BEFORE the launch, he also excelled as admin throughout several years all to the way to CM. Many have crumbled during their path, but PMX has shown that regardless of the time of your stay, you can go for it with enough dedication. As I cheered for him along the side, I have witnessed the drive and passion that were once very familiar to me.
So dear PMX; As CM you will still excel, I can tell for sure, but unfortunately this will be your end as the long-standing European Server Director. Kudos, Brazillian man!
