We would like to welcome two new additions to the Community Management team: @Briceps and @Skojen!
Briceps has proven that he can be a great asset to the management side of things and shares the vision of the direction that Monolith is moving in. Skojen has been imperative in managing Sushi's previous community and therefore also shares many of the visions that we have moving forward. He also brings in lots of leadership and marketing skills.
We hope and strongly believe that Briceps and Skojen will be able to improve the community even further!

We've recently made some significant changes to our leadership team here at Monolith. We want to be as transparent as possible with our community and would like to keep our players informed. Recently, we've conducted a staff audit with the sole intention of having a structured leadership team that is devoted to the players and the staff team alike. During this time, we came to the conclusion that there were a few staff members with visions and goals that unfortunately did not align with the future of Monolith. It's one of our top priorities to make sure that all members of our staff team have our community and players best interest in mind.
With that said, @tazdevil335 and @Hatchet Tazz will no longer be apart of the staff team. We did want to take a few moments to thank them for all of the work the put in during their time here and we wish them nothing but the best going forward.
We would also like to take a moment to welcome @something back to his previous position as Server Director! Boris is excited to jump right back in to action and begin interacting with the community as we focus on the final touches before the upcoming major Sushi Patch.
Lastly, we would like to thank all of our players and staff for supporting us as we continue to make necessary and appropriate changes for the betterment of our community.

I'm going to be stepping down from Management for the time being due to some IRL Obligations, I am going to stick around as a Senior Administrator however, so I won't be going anywhere, just am not going to be able to perform the duties that will be needed from me as a Community Management.
We have some more updates/changes to our Staff team that we wanted to inform the community of.
Due to time constraints, @Dobarion has decided to step down from his position as Assistant Server Director. We thank him for all of his hard work and dedication he has put in. We look forward to him resuming his responsibilities as a Senior Administrator soon when time permits.
For now, we are going to be leaving the Assistant Server Director position empty while we evaluate all Staff candidates.

@GHOST_023 - has returned to the team as a Moderator.
