Date and time of loss: 21:55 on December 18, 2017
What happened: Went to MonoMarket to but copper. Bought 300 copper for $6k, but never recieved copper yet it took my $6k. The pending box never popped up and I never recieved copper.

How much do you need refunded: 300 Copper or $6000
Evidence: @Covent can vouch, he checked logs and saw I withdrew 10k, then deposited 4k back and found I had no money on me, that I dropped none, that copper ore was never given or deposited to me.

I checked laws he did withdraw 10k then deposited 4k a little later, he didn't drop, die, deposit or didn't have it on him. There are no logs saying he purchased something from an NPC but I didn't actually see screenshots or video of the glitch.
