What happened: I have 892 iron ore up on the monomarket from over a year ago and now that I am back on I cannot claim it. I canceled the order but still cant.

What do you need refunded: 892 iron ore
Evidence: @Shimax ツ Also cant really show a whole lot about it.

Not certain as to why I'm tagged here, my involvement here merely includes replying to the report, to which I said to make a bug report on the forums.

If you're still experiencing the issue, get a video of what happens when you try to claim the order as evidence for a potential refund or fix.

I would also like to add that this same thing happend to 2 of my friends and I just saw that someone else made a refund for this reason. Seems like a server thing

Locked for review, If your friends are having an issue then they must make a separate Refund Request.
