Title: move with your hands up
Links, videos, context (we love more information, media, etc.): I believe it would be a nice addition if you could walk with your hands up at a slow speed, so you can feel more safe if you are ordering someone to move somewhere while they have their hands up, would help with RP quite a bit

Would be useful for both police, and non-police situations. The walk speed should be very slow, though, else it defeats having it in the first place.

I think this would be a good idea as moving with your hands down can cause issues when being robbed or held hostage etc.

I think being able to move to where your captors (Or the police) tell you to move with your hand up would be a great idea. Maybe have the movement speed be the same as when crouch walking.

As the big brain above me said, having the movement speed be very slow (like crouch walking, or even slower) would be a good idea if this were to be implemented
