[Suspicously Wet Cloth]

Date and time of loss: 31/08/2017 around 11am
What happened:
Guy pulled out his weapon and shot at me even though I had my weapon aimed at him first, I was making my way to my car. Also server crashed after (it was in the morning with all the restarts) so there was no logs.
How much do you need refunded: MP5 (or 11k as I got it from the market for that price)

I also spoke to @Lola Meid right after the event happened but as I explained before there was nothing she could do as the server had restarted therefore there was no logs.

This is really tricky as on the evidence it doesn't show the situation. It shows that you have a gun (either on safety or you are running, but it doesn't show that it was aimed) and the next picture that you were in critical condition. The best evidence for these situations is a video. So unfortunately I have to deny this until you can prove me wrong.
