So i was in the mine a saw a man with a tv out this was Jamie lewis the mod (it was fail placed floating in mid air) i then went up to it and did / me steals and waited a few seconds after for him to respond i then picked it up he then pulled a gun on me and told me to drop i then asked am i free to go i then went and grabbed my gun and was running past scouting him to get my revenge and he caught me off guard and pulled a gun on me he then held me up and said leave the mine or i will kill you (For the first time he mugged me he did not say leave or die i said can i go and he said yes) then i went on the hill above him and identified it was him (i could recognize it was him because of his close) a presided to open fire on him i was then called to a sit and said i was breaking fear rp. they gave me 4 warning points for breaking fear rp. and would not sight the rule that i broke i kept asking which part in the Fear rp rules did i break they then gave me the 4 warning points for fear rp just enough to get me banned. i believe this happened because they are know friends. I heard they were friends cause they used to play on a minecraft server together (not making fun off) But if that's true then they would have known each other for a long time know and would have conflicting opinions on each other.

1. You must correctly follow FearRP when a situation calls for it, like when you are being held at gunpoint. Act like your character would in such a situation realistically.
2. If you have your weapon out on safety, you are allowed to attack someone who is aiming straight at you.
3. You may not draw any weapon or run away when someone has you at gunpoint or within striking distance of a melee weapon unless the roleplay of both parties allows otherwise.
4. Do not drive your car off a cliff intentionally to escape the police.

1. Law Enforcement may only use deadly force when the situation requires the protection of themselves or others. For example, if a man is threatening your life, you may use your weapon in self-defense
2. thats cops but if cops can kill you if you threten them the why woulndt civs be allowed to kil if they threten someone

I never broke fear rp he allowed me to leave the area i asked can i leave know and he said yes so i went a nd got a gun and killed him

How would someone go over the limit? :thinking: The max you can get is 3, so he couldn't have given you 4. Not even Gurrazor can give you 4 warning points.

If you have 8 warning points and get banned, then the ban expires, the next day you get 1 warning point, you get banned again.
